Materials
Contraband knee sleeves use a thick 7mm neoprene rubber with a soft cotton overlay. This helps to keep the knee sleeves easy to slide on while still providing heavy yet comfortable compression.
Material Fit
Check product images for a size chart, measuring is very important to obtain the correct size.
Material Strength
There is no set material strength, but 7mm is typically used by competitive powerlifters, bodybuilders, strongmen, and other fitness athletes for maximum support during heavy lifts.
Care Instructions
Contraband knee sleeves may become dirty and need to be washed. These sleeves can be placed into cool water with a light soap. We suggest letting the product soak in water for 15-20 minutes and washing with clean cool water to remove soap residue. Let dry on a cool dry surface before using. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER!!!

My Thoughts
The owner of Contraband Sports is a fantastic guy and really just wants to help people succeed in fitness. We had developed a friendship prior to the launch of Contraband and I’ve picked his brain ever since that started. When he launched Contraband I was eager to get my hands on the items to test them out.
At the time of launch, it was only bigger name brands that I had used their stuff. I decided to give the brand a shot since I trusted the owner and wanted to provide feedback on the ground floor of the brand. I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The knee sleeves are high quality and have an excellent fit.
