My Take
I bought this one for the cinnamon roll flavor. That flavor tends to be something that I can drink just based on the name. I also really like that they use Vitafiber rather than something like maltodextrin to add a little bit of mouthfeel to the product. Maltodextrin tends to have a little bit of chalkiness to it.
They do focus on truth in labeling and I like that they emphasize they don’t do amino spiking. That concept was actually uncovered by the owner of MTS Nutrition’s Marc Lobliner. I actually wanted to do a rundown of the two labels (which can be seen in the video). MTS comes out as a slight champion in terms of protein content. However their label says about 23 servings, so it would require weighing the contents of each tub to do a true comparison of total grams of protein. MTS also has a little more fat per serving, so it ends up balancing itself out a bit.
I truly enjoyed the flavor and I mixed it with water just to see get a more accurate representation of flavor as milk can add a little bit of smoothness.
