Shoulders and Arms – Modified Workout w Bonus

The P90X Beachbody Workout Series is amazing! I wanted to put a twist on the program itself. I like the cadence of the workout DVD however I also like doing multiple sets of an exercise. In this next installment I work through my changes of the Shoulders and Arms DVD.

As always, this is not a workout I am recommending you follow. Any workout program should come at the discretion and be under advisement of your doctor or physician. Outside of that this is NOT a full P90X workout, please check out the Beachbody website if you are looking for their full workout series.

I modified this to include some back movements as I don’t like dedicated arm days. I also tend to alter the workout setup so that I can warm up as I am working out. This video is the setup for me and is not a recommendation for others. This video is my own workout and is not something I am recommending for others.

It is a means for me to follow along as I do my workout own routine versus watching the DVD. That way I can monitor progress along the way and note my progress from this point in my training. As always, if you are going to begin an exercise routine, you should consult a doctor or physician prior to beginning any exercise program.

This is video is not a recommendation to follow along. The links below are a point of reference in case there is interest in getting a home gym setup for your own home.
